Also we provide permanent support to the franchisee on the company’s website of the Company.
Trade House supports exclusive collaboration terms during periods of seasonal sale.

Anti-crisis offer to open Jhiva Brand Shop

During 01.03.2009 - 01.06.2010 Jhiva will provide a point-of-sale equipment (individually for every project), light advertising and software on lease terms (with a right for subsequent redemption).

Requirements as to the location and original appearance of shop

The shop must be located separately of the central streets of the city or in a trade center with different conceptual shops.

The shop location must provide communication of not less than 600 persons an hour. The final decision about the opening of the shop in the chosen place will be made by Jhiva company management.

Minimal required space is 50 sq.m.

Recommended point-of-sale space for full value presentation is 50-80 sq.m.

The original appearance of the shop must be executed in accordance with the requirements of Jhiva company management.

The retail price of the Partner must not exceed prices, recommended by JHIVA Trade House.

Jhiva Brand Style

Specialists at our company have developed a brand style of retail shops, which expresses the character of the brand JHIVA. All of the elements of the brand shop design are developed and ratified in accordance with principles which maintain the integrity of the retail shop image, its recognition and sales efficiency.

Duties of Partner

  • The Partner opens a shop under a trade mark Jhiva in premises concerted with guidance of Jhiva Trade House.
  • All charges on the equipment (repair) in the permises are carried by the Partner.
  • The Partner buys only Jhiva production; the presence of other commodity in the shop is inadmissible.
  • The Partner weekly informs Jhiva management about the dynamics of sales with the purpose of forming the most balanced assortment.
  • The Partner has no authority to sell the products of Jhiva to other companies.
  • The Partner is under obligation to take part in all PR and publicity campaigns of the Jhiva Trade Mark.

Duties of Jhiva Trade House

  • Jhiva Trade House provides partners all necessary technical documentation for the opening of shops (description of design, use of materials, technical and other descriptions of equipment, constructions and other).
  • Jhiva Trade House develops projects of future shop design.
  • Jhiva Trade House provides contacts to the best suppliers of equipment for the shop.
  • Jhiva Trade House provides supply of clothes from our warehouse.
  • Jhiva Trade House recommends the best retail prices on all network and sets the period of seasonal sales.
  • Jhiva Trade House constantly advises Partner how to form the assortment in the best way.
  • Jhiva Trade House guarantees Partner the right to use the Jhiva brand in their region for publicity aims and on the signboards of shops.
  • Jhiva Trade House places complete information about Partners on the site www.jhiva.com.ua and on selling aids, including addresses and telephones.
  • Jhiva Trade House provides selling aids free of charge (elements of brand name style, booklets, and models of image materials).
  • Jhiva Trade House guarantees Partners an exclusive right to trading in products on the territory allotted to them.
  • Jhiva Trade House defines unitary marketing campaigns in the entire network.
  • Jhiva Trade House provides 1C software adapted under the network of Jhiva, to be used in the entire network on lease terms.
